If you have an investment opportunity you would like us to review, we invite you to submit a business plan.

Business plans must contain the following information:
  • Company background/history
  • Description of technology, product or service
  • Business strategy and value proposition
  • Market size and competitive analysis
  • Principals and key personnel biographies
  • Positioning, marketing and communication plans
  • Historical financials and 3-5 year financial projections
  • Amount of funding sought and use of proceeds
  • Current capitalization table
Due to the volume of proposals we receive, we will only contact you if
we believe there is a potential match. Please note that we do not sign
nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements in connection with
proposal submissions.
