This richness of diversity supports our inclusiveness. The GE Affinity Forums are powerful resources! CFS employees participate with the African American Forum, Hispanic Forum, GE Women's Network and the Asian Pacific American Forum. These Forums focus on the professional development of members by creating opportunities for coaching, mentoring and networking with employees and senior management. These relationships foster career growth and advancement.

CFS maintains relations with INROADS, Toigo Foundation, National Society of Hispanic MBA Association, National Black MBA Association, National Association of Black Accountants, Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, Consortium For Graduate Study in Management and others.
